Pros
This is a great company to work at, as long as you are not in a limited contract position. You can learn a lot and can be given more responsibility if making good progression in current role.
Cons
The only downside I found with working for Lockheed was the limited contract term. If they had a onger contract, I would have definately stayed with them.
