Pros
Everyone is very nice and pleasant. I worked out in nowhere land on a contract that Lockheed wasn't even the prime on. Although this was the case, they always tried to make you feel at home and connected to Lockheed. - Very good people - Everyone really liked their job - Competitive pay and great benefits!
Cons
- It seemed that some of the major advancement opportunities were given only to people with "grey hair" (that is what people told me on the inside) - Also, it seemed that you had to be on a major program to get recognized
