Pros
The hours you can work per week, and how you distribute them is incredibly flexible. Traditionally you can work 10 hour 4 day weeks, but if you want to spread it out to 5 days or squeeze in hours in a shorter period you can. Pretty easy work and colleagues are very flexible and knowledgeable. Salary is very good and above average, but could offer a bonus for the in person nature of the job.
Cons
Doesn't feel like there is much growth. Old technologies and generally work on things that aren't industry standard. All the work is done in a security environment so there isn't much room to do any work from home. Bonus structure is unclear.
