      Lockheed Martin is a huge enterprise that provides the opportunity to grow and move positions if desired. It is on the cutting edge of technology and continues to secure its position as the leader in stealth technology and defense.

      Cons

      Benefits originally started as extremely competitive but have since become somewhat subpar as the company continues to strip away and lower some benefits such as healthcare costs, and decrease PTO rollover amounts.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
