Potentially every other Friday off. Christmas shutdown, for most people.
Cons
Benefits are decreasing rapidly. -lower PTO carryover limit -Decreasing remote work -no more 4x10 schedules -vesting for 401 changed to 5 years -difficult to get promoted if you’re not DEI related. Very easy if you are. -actively looking to cut benefits to save money.
