Pros

Is one of the leading market research company's in the space, a leader in the industry for information. Tons of holidays given and early releases. Work can be done remotely after training, most manager's are okay with letting you work from home. Nice overall culture

Cons

Lack of designated breakroom Office needs updating - very dated Some management needs a reminder around tone and micromanaging. No bonuses surrounding work produced, if you're a high performer all you get is a pat on the back. Because of the size little to no growth options

Pros

I have been with this company for over 4 years. Throughout that time, the company has experienced a change in leadership as well as exponential growth. This is a family owned company that has been in business for 30 years. The CEO listed on this site has retired. Change has been difficult and slow at times, however, the current players know it is necessary in order to be competitive in the current job market and grow their market share. Flexibility to work remotely has expanded and benefits such as dental, vision and long-term disability have recently been added. Inter-company promotions are occurring more regularly and professional development opportunities are available. The company's workforce is amazingly dedicated, super helpful and kind.

Cons

Communication on all fronts could definitely improve, and there is still some micromanaging that sporadically occurs. A commission structure should be established for sales. The family health insurance option is cost-prohibitive and paid time off is well below the national average.
