* The most cohesive and cooperative group of co-workers with which I have ever worked. Always willing to help each other out. * My position allows for much autonomy in my daily tasks which is a perfect fit for my work style. * Good work-life balance. * Management willing to negotiate pay raises when provided with substantiated facts. * Willingness to work with flexible schedule to meet outside obligations. * Always able to approach my supervisor in complete confidence with any concerns, and they are addressed in a timely fashion. * Benefits are improving. * When there isn't a pandemic, lots of opportunities for workplace social interactions. Fun group of people!
Cons
* Some management have old fashioned ideas on daily operations causing an underlying tone of condescension and unnecessary stress. It is isolated but the tone is sensed throughout the office. * Health insurance is cost prohibitive for family members. * No 401K match.
