      Pros

      - Varying tasks: since the startup is still comparatively small it´s possible / necessary to work in different fields. - Good work atmosphere and flat hierarchies - Daily morning meetings help to keep everyone up to date. - Lots of opportunities to learn new skills, get familiar with new (software) tools and try out different fields - Flexible hours and possibility to work from home - Central location

      Cons

      - Communication sometimes is a little chaotic. - The office room is crowded when everyone comes in.

      - small office, not a lot of oxygen after a while - no onboarding to the lunch delivery service
