Flexible working hours, results-oriented and a great environment to learn from experienced people and at the same time test a lot on your own

Still finding it's strategy since it's a young company which is normal in this state.

- interesting tasks that always challenge you to learn - you will take responsibility quickly - possibility to work from home - coffee, fruits
Cons
- small office, not a lot of oxygen after a while - no onboarding to the lunch delivery service
