At first was great. The. They slowly but surely implemented policies to micro manage and it was no longer fun anymore. I was top 10% and they wanted me to do things that actually hindered my performance. Makes no sense. Management has no idea what they are doing.

- Very strong mentorship program
- Very nice people
- Some VERY good engineers, PMs, and designers
Cons
- Pay isn't competitive outside of Utah (but hey, at least we're hiring)
- Like most other companies at our size, your success and satisfaction largely depend on the team you're on
- Sales and product/eng could probably be better aligned to inform product decisions
- Like most other SAAS companies, we're investing A LOT into AI. This could bite us in the future (I personally think we're in a bubble, and the consequences of over-investing will be very painful once it bursts)
