Pros
People are generally friendly and willing to help when you need it. Management sometimes recognizes project scope and deadline changes are a give-and-take.
Cons
Bad fit for developers with career experience. Training is designed exclusively for fresh college grads, with almost no onboarding for experienced developers. This, in conjunction with unrealistic expectations for senior devs, is a near-guaranteed setup for failure. The company touts their performance review process, but it's just a sugar coating around whether your manager likes you. Employees who do well have no concept of work-life balance, work much, much more than 40 hours per week, and have a cult-like obsession with the company - this is the "culture" they're so proud of. And if you have any personal or health challenges, don't expect much empathy from HR or management.
