Pros
- great place to work if you want to get by putting in 20 hours a week - very flexible with work life balance - people are really, really nice
Cons
- poor pay compared to competitors - very few intellectually inspiring leaders, if any - no operational efficiency whatsoever and seemingly no senior management that understands the importance of streamlined organizational processes and structure - no cohesion between lines of business - no strategic alignment internally (strategy may very well have valuable insights, but consistently fails as it has proven unable to effectively communicate any executable plan to internal stakeholders who are ultimately responsible for actioning the strategy) - chances of getting promoted to senior management if you're not mormon is slim to none (just look at the exec team) - worst case of toxic positivity i have ever seen
