      Pros

      Great benefits, Monday through Friday shifts,

      Cons

      Union environment, No matter how good numbers are they always find things to get you in trouble for. All rules are black and white, It doesn't matter any circumstances there are no exceptions. They take away ways to make sales and still raise numbers. Will have contests for rewards then take them back after you have won it because they are too busy to let you off phones. When hired you are told it is a sales job but you are 90% customer service with sales every now and then

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
