Manager is biased, they like only when things are going their way, but if someone doesn't follow them blindly, they won't even consider the work, they will just give poor rating which will negatively impact performance review and STI Pay along with hike.
And we don't even have the right to question them, because if we question, they will try to explain that it was us who was at fault and we will have to accept the bad rating, in spite of the hard work.
Even though in the performance rating comments, they have mentioned all good things, but while on call they will dig out in past and bring out things which are not even valid, because they do the same but if we do that, it becomes an issue.
After all the conversation if we are still not satisfied with the ratings they give, they will ask us to talk to the upper management, but they will also threat us that if we talk to the upper management, it will not be good.
Basically, either we do what they are saying and if we don't do or question them they will give poor rating.
Also, the management in Lumen India is not good.
