Bonus goes according to a certain % of your annual salary, lower the pay grade, lower the %.. honestly STI 5% can just be removed, its too low.. not even 1 month pay no matter you are high achiever or not
management decides things very slow. almost every other meeting gets delayed, not efficient at all.
too many events happen in company, more often than not nobody organise then you take on..
absolutely good for retirement..
if two peers stayed same tenure.. management team has trouble deciding which to promote.
