Cons
the respect is only there for OG staff. if you’ve been there for longer than 10 years you’re basically bulletproof and can do whatever you want. management don’t care about you, you’re just a number. super cliquey, management choose favourites and ignore everybody else. it’s extremely isolating and cold to work there as a medical receptionist unless you’re one of the manager’s favourites. there’s an extremely overbearing “just focus on your work” mentality when you bring up serious misconduct complaints. management don’t want to hear a word negatively about their favourites but are super hard on the ones that aren’t on the favourites list. extremely corporate. zero heart in the business. feeding the machine is the only thing this company cares about.
