The days go fast, the patients can be lovely, and the work is interesting and busy.
Cons
Management doesn't view their staff as people or valuable resources, just a means to an end. It's all about making as much money as possible regardless of the impact on staff and patients, That money must go to the radiologists and upper management because the pay for clerical and imaging staff is well below average.
