Always good to get feedback from past employees. I do love our team of employees and awesome customers in HVAC industries and other types of businesses that come to us for website development and lead generation. Although the CEO does not need therapy, he did need much help with his workload due to all the hats he was wearing. Being a small business owner these days is not easy. So I hired a VP of Operations who is helping to lead, manage and to continue our success and help fill in the gaps that may have made this person's experience less than expected. Unfortunately with growth, you have growing pains and speed bumps. You're not proud of them, but we do get past them and have a longevity and great track record to go by. Someday in the future we will be a bigger team/staff that would warrant having a full time HR person. I look forward to that day for sure. Until then, we will strive to keep our overhead affordable so that we can keep giving back to the salaries of our hard working employees. Thanks for the title "needs help" above. I did need help and hired some great people to take our digital inbound agency to the next level of success and professionalism. We wish you the best in your career!

Pros

From the first day I started working at MarketingXchange I knew there was something special about this company. I didn't know if it was the wonderful people, the collaborative work environment, or the innovative spirit that was driving the company to grow. After working here for almost a year, I have realized that the combination of all those things makes for a truly unique working environment. I came from a big Ad agency where my work was seldom noticed, the long hours never "paid off", and I left with the same optimism as when I started, but with no real experience to show for it. Since switching to MarketingXchange, a smaller digital agency, I have gained an incredible amount of experience and learned more than I could have ever imagined in just under a year. The best part? I'm not done yet. There is always more to learn and more experience to be gained at this agency and I am very lucky to have the opportunity to grow in such a collaborative and uplifting environment.

Cons

For anyone who dislikes change, a small agency is not the place for you. While some see a con in working for an agency that is extremely fast paced and always changing, I see this as a benefit because I am constantly learning and gaining opportunities I would never have been given at a larger agency.
