Pros

Great people to work with who care about the outcome for the client.

Cons

It is suspicious to me that 3 positive reviews for this place all happened on 1 day, it's probably because they are falsified and created by 1 person but I digress. If you are looking to work here, you need know what you are getting into. The management here is an extreme micro-manger and if you make mention this (like some of the previous reviews), it gets turned around into your problem meaning "you can't take the heat" or "your problem, not mine". Responsibility should be taken if something is wrong, but you should not be blamed for the owners insecurity of who he hired or who he wants you to keep tabs on. Extremely petty comments made to employees that are not encouraging management, but rather patronizing. I don't think that throwing things at employees or making up lies about them is good for morale.

I'm sorry you did not have a good experience at our company. Everyone here, including the owner, tries to provide a great place to work where everyone feels safe, wanted and free to express their own opinions and ideas. As the owner of the company, I truly have to take responsibility for each and every hire. It's important that we add team members that contribute to the work we do and can pull their weight. We will continue to do the best job we can in this area as we are having healthy growth as an inbound marketing and web agency. As far as lies, false accusations and throwing things at employees, that's simply not true or the company would not be able to keep any employees. The reviews on GlassDoor are all produced by real employees with their own words. Most employees are not having the same experience you are claiming to have had and actually enjoy each other, our work, our customers and even me. Not everyone is made for our culture, not every employee works out unfortunately. Regardless of your comments, I hope that you find a place that will give you comfort and be rewarding as well.

Always good to get feedback from past employees. I do love our team of employees and awesome customers in HVAC industries and other types of businesses that come to us for website development and lead generation. Although the CEO does not need therapy, he did need much help with his workload due to all the hats he was wearing. Being a small business owner these days is not easy. So I hired a VP of Operations who is helping to lead, manage and to continue our success and help fill in the gaps that may have made this person's experience less than expected. Unfortunately with growth, you have growing pains and speed bumps. You're not proud of them, but we do get past them and have a longevity and great track record to go by. Someday in the future we will be a bigger team/staff that would warrant having a full time HR person. I look forward to that day for sure. Until then, we will strive to keep our overhead affordable so that we can keep giving back to the salaries of our hard working employees. Thanks for the title "needs help" above. I did need help and hired some great people to take our digital inbound agency to the next level of success and professionalism. We wish you the best in your career!
