Pros
Staff discount Ethics Freshness Training Training boxes of product for when new products are released You get free reusable cups, etc as you can't bring single use into stores (this is good) Access to free mental health services
Cons
1. Limited positions available as store manager and in head office so it's very competitive to be promoted. HO positions especially rarely come up. 2. Inconsistent management. Really hit and miss depending on where you are in the company. Seems to make a difference if you're one of the popular ones. Really aware if you're not popular. 3. Cliquey in all areas of the business 4. Expect a lot out of store staff with all of the opening and closing procedures 5. Communication from HO inconsistent. Sometimes way too much to absorb, other times you don't know something has changed with a launch until it's happening and that can mess up rosters 6. Policies and procedures not clear 7. Technology is absolutley shocking. Needs major investment. POS problems, fax machines still exist at Lush, can't be trusted with internet apparently (at least when Iw was there)
