Cons

The management for the outlet I was at was really clique-ish and often played favourites. It's easy to feel isolated from the rest especially if you're not extroverted or the same type of people. Also felt very pressurised, because part timers need to commit at least 3 days a week regardless if they have school commitments. We are part timers for a reason.

Positive, get to meet customers and also interact with different skincare items

Cons

Management makes us carry and stock our own products. And we need to lift a lot of heavy items that leads to bad and poor mental and physical health.
