Pros

Great pay and employee benefits like 50% discount, special treats at Christmas, free spa treatment as part of your training, lovely shop floor team members

Cons

Nottingham store has a very cliquey management, no room for progression as they have had the same "trainee" managers for years and the boss Rebecca chooses who she likes to be supervisors. For example e despite voting on who the supervising team think is best overall. As a family unit are within management this also doesn't help. Compared to other stores like Derby or Trafford where they push you to do many things and help you reach goals and expand within the company, here, if your face doesn't fit it isn't for you. Mental health of a lot of staff not great, usually a very friendly atmosphere but be prepared you absolutely have to be able to be confident and speak to people to enjoy and be good at the sales side of the job.

Great company culture, lots of free products, amazing people. I truly love working here.

Cons

Pay is not fair for amount of work

Pros

Excellent inclusive company culture, employee discount, learning about natural ingredients for skincare, genuinely great and engaged team members, flexible work schedule for part time or casual positions.

Cons

High amount of work, unreasonable "evidence driven" feedback and coaching models, and unrealistic performance metrics for comically low pay, especially for floor coordinators. No additional pay given for specialty roles, which is many enhanced responsibilities over a specific area of the business, and little opportunity for career growth beyond the sales floor unless you are hired from an external management position. Floor Coordinator seems to be the highest rung most people can hit before being driven elsewhere.
