      Pros

      Amazing co workers. Best people you will ever encounter in your lives. If you go to the right outlet like mine, you'll meet the best manager ever.

      Cons

      Higher ups do not care about staff well-being. Company's core brand values are not alligned with how lush singapore is being managed. Salary will come either late or miscounted. Salary is too low for the work and energy we put in. No recognition given to employees who deserve. They say that you can slowly get promoted to a higher role but in reality, other people can just apply for that role and still get it because they lack manpower.

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
