- Discrimination (racism, transphobia, bullying) is allowed and not prevented - Management mishandled serious grievances (key witnesses weren’t even contacted) - The culture was shaped by fear, favouritism, and silence. - Speaking up resulted in isolation and being made to feel like you’re the problem. - Several others privately shared similar experiences showing this wasn’t an isolated issue. - Inclusion is performative; values disappear when accountability is required
