      Pros

      - Meaningfull work for big name customers - Helpful and friendly colleagues - Good pay - VERY good health insurance (literally anything is approved) - Clean, spacious office space - Fitness expenses compensation - Opportunities for global relocation - Trainings - English classes

      Cons

      - Remuneration in rubles. In times of significant ruble devaluation some companies pay in dollars while Luxoft is stuck to rubles. Of course this makes its pay offers less attractive (up to 2 times less attractive to be precise) compared to foreign companies on the market. Yet before September 2014 Luxoft salaries were higher than market average. Also salaries keep being competitive compared to Russian owned businesses around.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
