My project was completed and I was forced to go to India and I was given no raise for 2 years.I informed them that my family is here in Singapore and I’m not willing to relocate.they are just a staffing company.HR is not a valid department.they informed me that they are splitting from DXC and becoming independent but that removes the advantages we have being part of DXC.they are being sold all over again and it creates an uncomfortable situation with lack of consistency.

After 3 years of tenure one fine morning the Director level person is scheduling a call with you to tell you are fired. When the reason was asked they say it’s not based on any factors like your performance but it’s because of company restructuring. I pulled out all my recent work related performance chart where my numbers showed high. I justified my case but they never listened. My colleagues who were non performers and who were put on high risk category ( they will monitor her performance and ask to leave if not performed) was still staying in the org and me who had worked hard and had a track record of high numbers tagged to my profile is being retrenched with out a valid reason. I consider this is as some fowl play. Extremely disappointed with the way Luxoft retrenched me. They couldn’t cite any reason other than restructuring, that’s very unfair. They took away my corporate access and all privileges the very next day. This was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Never recommend Luxoft to anyone it’s a hire and fire company with no ethics.
