      - Friendly team - Flexible, fully remote (with optional offices) - Great management - Cool projects, interesting to work on - Lots of different stuff to work with, and you can always switch if you feel you want to work in another direction

      Cons

      - Not much benefits - Average (not bad at all tho) compensation - Remote culture could be cons for someone

      I learned a lot about electronics assembly and they paid me fairly. They gave me a chance as a newbie.

      Cons

      Not the biggest company so I wasn't working in an office with other people around me a lot.
