Pros
Great customers, good business model, starting pay more than other optical retailers for new hires. Tele-optometrists were better than Stanton, Dr Bana is the best tele optometrist in the United States. She should train all of the incoming teledocs and or be cloned. ;) My 1st 2 regional mangers were excellent and more than fair.
Cons
Micromanagement, regional management changes, never enough payroll hours. New hires had to take 77 online courses and as their managers we were given 25 payroll hours for them to complete those trainings as well as OTJ training. Inability to secure in person optometrist,
