Pros
Great brands, genuinely great products, stores look nice, stores always happy to help each other with knowledge or staff.
Cons
Permanently short staffed, contacted all hours of day and night by other stores looking for staff and management, poor moral. Zero support from management. Staff on minimum wage with the company trying to cut penalty rates no new EA agreement that has been rejected twice. Unbelievably unorganized. Unrealistic targets (eg. 20% increases on previous years)
