Senior management is walking around thinking that they are at lease Gods - treating all lower level managers and employees as a evil that they are forced to have and tolerate. Because of that your workload is more or less as big as 5 employees on the same position in other company but your salary are 2 time smaller. No development opportunities , no respect to work , no respect to people. There are no proper HR rules - only thing that make to you be safe there if you are a family to CEO . WORST PLACE I EVER WORKED IN - And i have been in some bad works.
