Underpaid, overload - two words that describe the company. Senior management is walking around thinking that they are at lease Gods - treating all lower level managers and employees as a evil that they are forced to have and tolerate. Because of that your workload is more or less as big as 5 employees on the same position in other company but your salary are 2 time smaller. No development opportunities , no respect to work , no respect to people. There are no proper HR rules - only thing that make to you be safe there if you are a family to CEO . WORST PLACE I EVER WORKED IN - And i have been in some bad works.

Only if you are from India will you be able to grow with this company. If you are a woman, you will be treated poorly and looked down upon. They say women are only there to serve the men. You will be hired and told that your pay is one thing. However you will be paid less. If you bring this up more than one time you will be yelled at like a child, threaten, and fired. They drop you off in far away places which are unsafe. One young woman was attacked and nearly raped. She told the managers and she was fired. If anyone brings that up they will also get fired. Then they pick you back up 9 hours later, and told to sell the plans they gave you. Most times this is impossible in these destitute places where you are in fear of being attacked or robbed. Mangers threaten you if you disagree with your check, or if you speak back to them. They bully you like you are a child and put fear in you that they will physically attack you.
