Pros

From day one, I appreciated how Madiba Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., prioritizes work-life balance. Their flexible work hours and support for remote work have allowed me to manage my personal commitments effectively while delivering excellent results at work. The best thing about Madiba is that information flows freely between management and employees and the overall environment is conducive to both personal and professional development. I highly recommend Madiba for anyone looking to thrive in a workplace that values work-life balance and invests in continuous learning. It's been a rewarding journey, and I look forward to growing further with this company.

Pros

Great work culture. People treat each other well and understanding of each other’s situation. Work is very interesting, learning new things every day (literally). Training is given with standard SAP content, but seniors are willing to help out. Management is great.

Cons

Pay is less than other companies within the same industry.

Pros

Madiba hires some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. They are hard working, innovative and dedicated to their work. If you want be surrounded by those kind of people, this might be your place. The pay at Madiba is top notch. They cannot offer stability or a guarantee of work but what they do to make up for that is pay you at above market rates and give you interesting, challenging work. Also management is very flexible about where and when you work as long as the work gets done on time everybody is happy (usually).

Cons

The chief downside to working at Madiba is their weird pay structure (every employee negotiates their own deal and people come up with all kinds of arrangements it seems) and the fact that they are not doing enough to grow the company. The partners actually turn work down sometimes (I am assuming for lack of resources to get that work done),when what they should do it get as much work as possible and hire more people to fill the roles. Also, working with these guys can be a real pressure cooker sometimes. Some of the partners deal with stress better than others and sometimes this stress can be taken out on the employees. If you can steel your backbone and just grin and bear it; it usually passes without anyone getting hurt. Also it seems like management relies only on personal contacts to get work, they need a sales team and to my knowledge, none exists.
