We encourage you to discuss this concern regarding education and compensation with Human Resources and/or your manager. Please suggest to them what you see as competitive compensation and benefits whether by market or position. As you know, we are in the process of reviewing and implementing a number of workplace recommendations as part of our employee engagement process.
