3yThanks for your review. It seems you love the work environment and company leadership but are frustrated by the IT systems and training. We are, too, and we are working on both. As you know, the conversion to a new underwriting system was suspended earlier this year – it wasn’t the product we needed to seamlessly integrate with Claims. While we regroup on that challenge, we are moving forward with an effective Customer Relation Management (CRM) system that supports our internal operations as well as our marketing and communications capabilities. It’s all challenging but very exciting.
As for ongoing training, you should see changes ahead that make it easier for us all to improve our performance overall. Please share your concerns and ideas with your supervisor and senior management. It will help support our company value of transparency. Thanks again.
