Pros
The company is one of the fastest growing company in South East Asia. During my tenure with MGH, I have visited at least 15 countries. The company loves to build one's career by continuously throwing challenge to him/her. The Managing Director of this company is surely the most educated, charismatic and dynamic businessman in the country. His international acceptance as a businessman is highly remarkable. If someone wants to change his life with his performance, MGH is the right place for him/her.
Cons
Sometimes managing company stake holders is a challenge, which is, in any case, is a challenge everywhere. Other than that, I would say MGH does not have any major issue. I can more clearly understand this after leaving MGH and joining a fortune 500 multinational.
