      Honestly can't think of any real pros.

      Poor management, terrible coworkers. Pay/reviews/raises. Customer service peopl. Sales people. Equipment. Working for a company that is stuck in the 80s, in terms of equipment, technology, warehouse operations, trucking...etc,etc!
