Poor transition leaves bad taste - Anonymous employee MIDLAND Employee Review

Poorly handled transition following acquisition left reps undertrained, some of the employees that were let go weren't given very much notice, despite there being plenty of opportunity. No efforts were made to truly evaluate the talents or capabilities of acquired employees. ERP seems underdeveloped.
