The staff at MJHS is very diverse and that is something that is encouraged at every level of employment.
Cons
The workload is not something that can be completed in an 8-hour time frame. Every day I had to stay an extra hour of work and that was just to stay afloat.

Non existent management/leadership. A bullying environment was allowed. Horrible pay. No one gets along in that department, It has a horrible reputation. Turnaround is constant. HR does nothing to better the situation.
