Pros

The company offers a very supportive and collaborative environment, especially for freshers transitioning into full-time roles. The team culture is one of its strongest aspects — colleagues and mentors are always willing to help, share knowledge, and push you to grow. There are ample opportunities to learn, take ownership, and gain exposure to real-world projects early in your career. The workplace also maintains a positive and engaging atmosphere, which makes day-to-day work enjoyable.

Cons

At times, there can be a tendency toward close supervision, which may feel a bit restrictive when trying to explore independent approaches. Streamlining processes to allow more autonomy could further enhance productivity and innovation.

Pros

There are some genuinely talented people across the company, and I had the chance to work on interesting projects in real estate

Cons

The way restructuring was handled felt cold and transactional. Employees were told their roles were ending, but were still expected to keep working through a long transition period, document everything they know, and complete extensive knowledge transfer requirements. Severance was tied to broad conditions and final approvals, which made the process feel less like support and more like leverage. What made it worse was the tone. Leadership messaging talked a lot about respect, dignity, and the future, but the actual experience felt very different. It created a real sense of betrayal, especially for employees who had spent years contributing, adapting, and going above and beyond.
