Pros
Flexible location. Comp could be decent depending on when you joined and where you're located geographically.
Cons
Work life balance is non-existent but they like to pretend it's not that bad. Execs are completely clueless about what they want. All they do is hire and churn, rinse and repeat. Seen so many talented people there but everyone is exhausted.
