Cons

No work life balance No respect for engineers working here, irrespective of how much work you are putting in and how much value you add HR is the worst. You reach out to them with any query and they will not even respond.

Poor leadership that has no idea what they’re doing. Also low pay relative to industry standards. It’s just a bunch of 20 something year olds trying to run a company.

They’re a relatively big company and pay substantially lower than industry standard. Horrible culture. Little kids holding management positions because they’re friends with someone. If you have Twitter followers, you’re a manager. Horrible culture. It is not worth it, run.
