The company lacks leadership from the CEO. Not a great place to grow your career but can get you a job quickly. It's a staffing company that claims to be a 12yr old management consulting startup. If it's taking that long to grow, clearly something is broken to begin with. Contract employees are not offered benefits. Full-time employees say that the benefits are way too expensive anyway. CEO tries to sell the vision of the company every time you talk to him. His lack of knowledge and lack of confidence comes through.
