      Be Careful of the Magic Hat

      Pros

      Starts out with a real professional hand shake. Great.

      Cons

      Year end pay increases from client to consultant aren't passed along from management. Specifically, upon investigation by client and consultant together, it was found: Mr Jim Lyons, owner, will pocket your performance raises from client and not disclose any increases at all. "Just business" he says.... Be careful I say....

      Highly experienced team and collaborative culture. The CEO has a clear vision, is approachable, and actively seeks input from others. There's an entrepreneurial vibe, everyone is empowered to take initiative when they see opportunity and can have real impact on the growth and direction of the firm.

      Flat org structure with amazing collaboration where everyone's opinion counts. Amazing, smart, supportive colleagues. Opportunities to apply your knowledge, experience and skills building new service offerings and practices. Great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Small, growing company - not necessarily a negative but if you prefer being an invisible part of the machine in a fortune 500 company, this may not be for you.
