Pros
Somewhat of a work life balance (for certain teams). No one seems to bat an eyelid if you leave at 6pm on the dot. Location is great, close to public transport so that's convenient. It's an alright place to work in if you're just out of school and trying to figure out what to do next.
Cons
Unless you're in the sales team or the event organising team, there's very little growth for you. If you're doing creative work for the company and looking to advance, there's not much for you here (no art director or creative director position to speak of, which honestly the company needs sometimes). Feedback process can be extremely slow and frustrating. Office politics exists, which is common in any company, but it does creep in and effect work performance. It pays decent but you'll probably looking at the same income for a while, or possibly even a pay cut based on stories of past employees.
