Pros

Front line people are the best part of the company Cool product - but its too much of a nice to have for most companies Typical perks of a software company - free food in the kitchen & trendy office The CEO's wife does great things for the community and is very genuine Dogs in the office has to be one of the best perks! The CEO is usually in a much better mood when his dogs are there, but they usually just hangs out in his office or in finance. I heard Atlanta now has a dog too!

Cons

C-Suite really needs to get their affairs in order. This place used to be like a family even just a year ago, but the overall feeling of that family can be summed up in one word "cheated" Loyalty and trust is in short supply from the top down Culture took a turn for the worst right around the second round of funding. The departments don't seem to work together anymore, they mainly point fingers and try to control the others instead of making the best of their teams.

Fast paced environment where the employees are empowered to be part of the decision making that shapes the future direction of the company

Cons

Growing pains of a typical startup, although this has gotten better and they learn from their mistakes

Pros

Great people and a great culture! Having dogs in the office is a great perk too, but the people here are what really makes this place great! So much talent across the organization, it's super inspiring to be around so many people who are passionate about what they do. I'm always challenged and learning something new every day. Definitely not a place for someone who doesn't want to grow and learn as a professional, but if you're looking for a great place that makes you feel accomplished at the end of the day, week, quarter then you've found your spot! I'm very interested to see where MapAnything goes as it grows and matures as an organization and I'm thrilled to be a part of that process. TL;DR - Dogs in the office - Amazing, smart, talented coworkers who will teach you a lot - Beer and wine on Fridays - Yearly company wide meetings are actually fun - Great culture - Small enough where you actually see the impact of what you do day to day - Ability to grow and learn every day - Lots of mobility within the company

Cons

-Not a place to slack off, but I'm not even sure that's a con to begin with. -Some people's workloads are much larger than others, but that's often recognized and rewards are given appropriately.
