Pros
The schedule (Mon-Fri: 8:30-5), the paid days off (18 PTO days in the first year of employment, and lots of paid holidays were great perks.
Cons
The hourly pay and insurance benefits could be a bit better considering the work which is expected of their employees. A typical day includes approximately 90-100 inbound phone calls in addition to assigned projects and any necessary follow up as needed.
