Pros

Pay is ok. Benefits are standard.

Cons

This place is a mismanaged mess. With so called team leads screwing up accounts and passing the buck on someone else. No experience whatsoever. Micromanaging at its best. If I were a client I would run for the hills. Employee? Don’t waste your time. A male ran company. No need to elaborate.

Pros

Great company culture that has built long-standing client relationships. The company knows who it is and doesn't try to fit bad clients for the sake of revenue growth. Many team members have young families, so there is a strong emphasis on work/life balance. Everyone has a voice

Cons

Expected growing pains for a smaller agency

Pros

TONS of opportunity to learn and grow in your career. Teaming up with the best and brightest in marketing will help level you up FAST! There is a strong teamwork mentality here, not only within your team but with the others who share your role and even across other parts of the business. No one is left to figure things out on their own! Getting to work with some of the biggest companies in tech. The client roster is ridiculously cool! There are plenty of opportunities to voice your opinions, concerns, challenges, etc. with leadership. Office hours are available, 15Five reviews are completed on a weekly basis, regular 1:1s are scheduled with your direct manager, and the whole team is always asked for feedback on process changes. They offer great benefits: medical/dental/vision, 401k match, unlimited PTO, health/wellness stipend, education stipend Activities and team building events happen frequently. There are so many opportunities to get to know your team mates and other people in the company that you don't get to work with day to day!

Cons

The company is remote only, so if you aren't used to that kind of environment it can be hard to adjust. Many of us are scattered pretty far apart geographically, so the opportunity to meet up with even one or two people can be hard without a lot of travel. However, there are tons of virtual activities and events that help give you more face time with your coworkers, and the company is planning off-sites for the team to all meet in person!
