      Floundering agency with giant male ego

      Pay is ok. Benefits are standard.

      Cons

      This place is a mismanaged mess. With so called team leads screwing up accounts and passing the buck on someone else. No experience whatsoever. Micromanaging at its best. If I were a client I would run for the hills. Employee? Don’t waste your time. A male ran company. No need to elaborate.

      An Agency That Knows What It Is

      Pros

      Great company culture that has built long-standing client relationships. The company knows who it is and doesn't try to fit bad clients for the sake of revenue growth. Many team members have young families, so there is a strong emphasis on work/life balance. Everyone has a voice

      Pros

      Many of my colleagues were great but grotesquely overworked.

      Cons

      Small agency and everybody is overworked. Clients are lied to about how much attention they will get. The fake it until you make it mentality runs rampant. Have heard CEO straight up lie to prospective clients.
