A Long list:
No working environment.
no one has any views on what they are working.
Complete family business.
One more family member has joined and there is no internal transfer which works in the company but he keeps moving from one place to another.
No point of view for employee.
No employee engagement programs.
HR have no idea what is their work
Lack working culture.
Average life of employee is max 3-4 month. Either company fires them in short time or people leave because managers are so bad.
