Of the 5 startups I worked at this one had the best management and a good work life balance, a rare combination in Silicon Valley. The company has a cool ambitious mission and a good easy to get along with team. Central San Francisco location is a plus for some.

Central San Francisco location is also a burden for some. The office could be a little bigger.

- small tight-knit team with lots of transparency - wicked cool tech and very smart people - industry leading by a couple years - lenient working hours and location as long as you get stuff done - planes, drones, and satellites oh my! - nice office location - a huge off-season chunk of time with low stress - ok with some remote work

- long hours sometimes during growing season (not any more than most startups though) - hard to find parking by the office (be nice to the planet and bicycle instead)
